GTBank account to another GTBank account holder or from a GTBank account to another bank holder, all from their mobile phone.

GTBank Money Transfer *737*

To initiate a transfer to a GTBank account, all the customers need to do is to just simply dial the USSD short code *737*1* followed by the amount to be transferred and then the NUBAN account number of the beneficiary.

Then you need to use the last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard to authenticate each transaction. E.g. *737*1*Amount*NUBAN Account No *737*1*1000*1234567890#

To Transfer From Your GTBank Account to Other Banks Account: Simply dial *737*2*Amount of Money you want to transfer*The NUBAN Account Number of the Beneficiary#. All from your mobile number registered with your bank. You will then be asked to select recipient’s bank (FBN, Access, Zenith, UBA & DBN).

Enter last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard to authenticate the transaction. Wait for the transaction to be completed and you will receive a debit alert once the transfer is successful.

The account name of the recipient will be displayed for you before you authenticate the transfer. This is to let you verify that you are actually sending the money to the right person and not to a wrong account. If your phone number is registered to both a saving and current account then your current account will be debited. Customers can transfer from N1,000 and a maximum of N20,000 daily.
